Placing an Order
When can I place an order or get in touch with customer service?
You may place orders on-line 7 days a week 24 hours day! If you would like to speak with one of our friendly customer service representatives you will need to refer to the business hours that are listed below. We strongly recommend e-mailing us if you have any questions or concern. We will get back in touch with you as quickly as possible.

What are my payment options?
- We take credit cards (PayPal). When placing an order on-line we ask that you fill out ALL the billing information fields with the correct information as to where you receive your bill.
Availability of Items
If I see the item in stock does this mean it is available?
- Yes. However we maintain a live inventory on our web site, what you see on our site is usually what we have in stock. Like any other inventory systems there are slightly differences in what our inventory shows and what is actually on our shelves. For that reason we do not charge your credit card until the item is pulled, packed and shipped.
What if I did not receive my entire order?
- We do not ship any order with less than 60% of the merchandise available without contacting the customer and receiving approval. You will only receive the items that we have in stock; other ordered items will be cancelled. Note again, you will only be??? charged for the items that you receive. If you receive a partial order, your tax and freight charges will be adjusted accordingly.
Once I have made an order has my credit card been charged?
- All orders are handled individually and credit card accounts will not be charged until the product is available and ready to be shipped.
When will my order ship?
- All orders placed by 12 noon CST will be shipped within 1 business day. You will receive a confirmation email following your checkout. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact . Additionally, you will receive an order status email once your order has been shipped.
What if I never receive my order?
- Situations may occur causing a package to not be delivered and we ask that you email us that includes your order number and we will get back to as quickly as possible.
Shipping
How much will my shipping charges be?
- All orders will be shipped via UPS and are handled on an individual basis. When placing an order on-line you will get a shipping charge quote before you finish making the order. Over-sized shipping charges may be applicable to certain orders and will be added as necessary. All over size charges will be applied only after the customer has been contacted.
Do you ship internationally?
- We currently do not ship internationally. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Return and Exchange Policies
Ruthless International is committed to you being fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you would like to return the unused product, please follow the guidelines below.
You have 30 days following the date of purchase to return your items.
No returns or exchanges on Eyewear, Goggles or Optic Accessories.
No returns or exchanges on womens swimwear/underwear.
No returns or exchanges on open DVDs and CDs.
No returns on washed or worn product.
Call or e-mail us for a Return Authorization number (put on all boxes).
No refunds or exchanges without a valid RA #
Send the unused product back to us insured for the full value.
