Does Ruthless International accept phone orders?

Does Ruthless International accept mail orders?
- We are only able to accept domestic money orders at this time. If you are in the U.S., send a money order payable to Ruthless International to:

How long will it take to receive my Ruthless International order once I have placed my order?
- Once you place your order our credit card processor validates your credit card information and assigns an order number to your transaction. This takes anywhere from a few hours to a full 24 hours. Once we receive the order number at Ruthless International, we package your goods and mail them within 24 to 48 hours. We ship all packages in the USA and Canada via USPS Priority mail, which typically takes 2-4 days. This may take longer for Hawaii and Alaska.
How are Ruthless shorts sized and what size should I order?
- Ruthless shorts run in even waist sizes from 30 – 42 and are true to size. If you want to be totally safe order a size bigger as we have a very good drawstring system and 3 way closure that can lock your shorts in good!
What if I need to exchange an item that I ordered?
- We will gladly exchange any order for another size provided the following:
- The exchange is received by Ruthless International within 30 days from the ship date on the invoice.
- The product(s) are in good condition and have not been washed or worn to train in.
- Reasonable care has been taken when sending the items back.
- Just put a note in the box of what item you would like to exchange for and mail it to:

Does Ruthless International provide wholesale and team discounts?
- Yes. Just fill out form under the Wholesale Section and we will respond with details on our wholesale/team program.
What Does Ruthless International charge for shipping for items in the USA?
- We charge standard UPS Ground rates that depend on weight simply put the items in your cart that you want and proceed with the order and it will let you know the shipping rates before you buy it.
- All refunds must be approved before submitted. Or Ruthless International will only exchange not return merchandise.
